Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer preferences and company standards.
- Monitor the quality of drinks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail math.
- Familiarity with food handling regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using cash registers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations in the food industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
